Panel Kit Houses

Innovation and experience formed this project developing our exclusive and unique Panelized Kit Houses, by pre-manufacturing the building sections, shipping on pallets, assembling on site with foundation, utilities and joint sections matching the building floor plan.  Eliminating the guess work out of estimates in conventional stick frame building construction.  

Our initial 7 house designs are being reviewed for permitting process and will be revealed soon, all for small dwelling units around 500 square feet.  Larger foot prints up to 3500 sf are in future phase of rollout.

These initial houses will be made using conventional materials, with future designs to include upgrades such as Hemp, Wool and Repurposed materials.  Internal paneling designed with our exclusive engineering to eliminate sheetrock and enable clipped interior paneling, ease of access to utilities as well as interchangeable wall designs.  Designed for best utilization of space, meeting or exceeding IRC codes.
